Mr. Sorabh Dhawan is a seasoned banking and financial services professional with over 19 years of experience in banking, NBFCs, corporate finance, SME lending, supply chain finance, and digital financial services. He has demonstrated strong leadership in building and scaling financial institutions, driving business growth, strengthening profitability, and implementing technology-driven financial solutions.

Prior to joining Krishna Bhima Samruddhi Local Area Bank Ltd., he served as CEO-PSB Xchange, an initiative promoted by 12 Public Sector Banks to develop a digital multi-lender platform for providing working capital finance to MSMEs. Before that, he was the Chief Executive Officer of SG Finserve Limited, where he established and successfully scaled the NBFC's supply chain finance business, achieving significant growth in assets under management, loan disbursements, and profitability.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Dhawan held senior leadership positions with Kotak Mahindra Bank, Aditya Birla Finance Limited, Bank Dhofar, and HDFC Bank, where he managed corporate and SME portfolios, structured finance, investment banking relationships, and large corporate accounts. He has extensive experience in P&L management, business expansion, risk management, fundraising, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

Nuti Chakravarthy is a senior Banking professional with 25+ years of extensive leadership experience spanning Retail and Corporate Banking, Business development, Distribution Strategy, Digital transformation, and handling large Teams. operations.

In his current role as Chief General Manager – Head, Retail Business, he is focused on driving retail business growth, strengthening customer relationships, expanding distribution, and building sustainable business platforms.

Prior to joining KBS Bank, he held several senior leadership positions with Axis Bank, where he managed large and complex banking businesses across multiple states and geographies. He has led extensive branch networks, managed substantial retail liability portfolios, and headed large teams of 7,000+ professionals.

His experience covers Retail & Corporate Banking, P&L Management, CASA & Deposits, Retail Lending, SME Banking, Transaction Banking, Cards, Merchant Acquiring, Forex, Wealth Management, and Digital Banking.

During his service he worked as AGM & COO in 3 Corporate Clients Group Branches and maintained good Liasoning with Corporate customers
