Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–10 years of post-qualification banking experience to join the Bank as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in accounting standards, Asset Liability Management, handling Bank's investments, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, statutory and regulatory compliance in banking/financial services operations.

The eligibility criteria to apply for the above post are as follows:

• Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in Banking and Financial Services.
• Age: 40 to 60 years (extendable by up to 2 years in exceptional cases).
• Key Competencies: Strong expertise in accounting standards, Asset Liability Management (ALM), management of Bank’s investments, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, Auditing and statutory and regulatory compliance in banking/financial services operations.
• Compensation: Negotiable and commensurate with industry standards.
