Managing Director & CEO (MD & CEO)
The Bank invites applications from highly experienced and accomplished professionals from the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector for the position of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO).
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in the Banking sector, including at least 5 years of experience as a Profit Centre Head. The candidate should have a proven track record in strategic leadership, business growth, capital mobilisation, and financial performance management.
The eligibility criteria to apply for the above post are as follows:
- Age: 45 to 65 years (extendable by up to 2 years in exceptional cases).
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Profit Centre Head.
- Strong capabilities in capital mobilisation, including investment banking linkages and team building
- Compensation: Negotiable and commensurate with industry standards.
